Pear Deck and NearPod are interactive presentation tools used to actively engage students in individual and social learning. Teachers create presentations using their Google Drive account. It is a great way to make lessons more interactive and to get students talking.

How:

There are 4 main components to this.

  1. Set up your Pear Deck/NearPod account

  2. Create Slides. Make new presentations or add Pear Deck/NearPod Interactive Questions to existing presentations in:

    • Google Slides

    • PowerPoint Online

  3. Pear Deck/NearPod presentations are automatically saved

  4. Present your Lesson
